Our platform for the semiconductor test KT-7000 FINN is based on the same hardware and software platform like the other proven test systems from Konrad Technologies. All systems share one common software and hardware architecture by using standard technologies like PXI, reconfigurable FPGA instruments and standard software tools, including LabVIEW and TestStand.
Our configurable test systems are based on off the shelf instruments, which can be used in the test configuration according to the application. So it is easy to cover the requirements for various applications, such as digital, analog, automotive, mixed signal, SoC, RF and MEMS. The flexible architecture allows simple implementation of test solutions from classical pattern of digital tests as well as RF and analog tests and even protocol aware tests.
The modular basic system covers the relevant computing units, which are configured according to the requirements and perform signal and information pre-processing. Various instruments serve for signal process and receiving signals.
