For achieving turnkey solutions, we take advantage of the standard products available from renowned manufacturers. Components that we cannot purchase as standard products are developed by ourselves. Such self-developments are not only used in our projects but are also made available as commercial products.

Software |

Various software tools are available to be used with the standard testers and for individual solutions. These include test sequencers, SPC tools, test libraries for ICT, FCT and Vision, tools for processing CAD data and automated ICT program production. |

PXI cards are also available for testing, such as flexible switch matrices, electronic loads, input/output cards with adjustable signal levels, in-circuit guarding amplifier, etc. |

ABex is the answer to the problem of being able to route a sufficient number of signals in the test system in a flexible fashion. A complete test system can be configured inside a tight space using ABex as an extension to the PXI. |

For in-line testing Konrad offers the flexible KT-3500 “FlexCell” in-line test cell. The cell can be used for ICT, FCT and HF tests, AOI, as well as the labeling station. |
